#Day Four Diet Plan.


Prayer: stand up prayer time and offer prayer.



Walk :After prayer choose a walk for half-hour
walk in fresh air


in fresh air throughout walk say tusbee any name of

Allah or darood sharif.

Energy Drink:When you came back home you drink one glass of energy drink.


( one glass of luke heat water+juice of 1 lemon combine it and drink it daily before breakfast.)

Break Fast: Take one boiled egg.


Lunch:   Eat medium bowl of mix fruit and vegetables salad.

Salad

(one apple,one orange,six strawberry,1/2 cabbage,two cucumber,one capsicum, two  tomatoes,

one beet root, one carrot, juice of one lemon, salt and black pepper to taste.)

Lemon Green Tea: After lunch take one cup green tea.

Dinner: Take  homemade chicken  vegetable soup.With just a few ingredients you can make a tasty and delicious soup.

Ingredients:

(chicken stock  1/2 litter,one capsicum,one carrot, 1/3 cabbage,

  boiled shredded chicken 125 g, two egg,white vinegar two tbs(table spoon) soy sauce two tbs,and cornflour for thickness.

 Method:
delicious chicken vegetable soup.

Heat chicken stock add chicken and vegetables. add vinegar,soy sauce and salt.

Add two eggs( eggs beat in a separate bowl) Now add cornflour paste.When soup thickness

then remove and take it out in the serving bowl and enjoy it

After that take one cup of lemon green tea.
