How To Make Mince Samosa.



  Easy And  Delicious Recipes!

                                    

Some quick cooking and delicious recipes that would do well on a high tea menu and your Eid trolly
for guests. Samosa and dumplings can be prepared earlier and fried  or steamed just before serving. Dum aloo and beef with peas can be served with pooris or kachoris.

Mince Samosa:
Ingredients For Do!
Samosa

Flour 1 cup.
Cumin1/2tsp.
Salt to taste.
Oil 2-3tabsp.
Ingredients For Filling!
Mince 1 Cup.
Onion 1.
Coriander as required.
Green Chillies 2-3.
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp.
Crushed red chillies1/2 tsp.
Coriander powder 1/2tsp.
Ginger 2 tsp.
Garlic 2 tsp.
Garam masala powder 1tsp.
Salt to taste.
Methed:
 In a bowl add a flour , cumin, salt, oil and water and prepare the dough.
In a wok, put some oil and then ginger, and garlic and saute.Add onion,
 mince, and all spices.Cook till the mince become tender..At last add
 green chillies, coriander and keep a side.Cut dough into equal pieces and
 roll out in small rounds.Put small amount of mixture in every piece and fold
over to make asamosa shape.
Note:Serve samosa with Tomato catch up or Green chutney.

                                             Mint Chutney.

1 cup of fresh mint leaves
Mint Chutney.


1 medium bunch of fresh
         coriander.
4 tabs heap dry pomegranate.
4 green chilies
1 inch ginger piece.
7 black pepper.
Lemon juice1tbsp
salt to taste
Blend it all together in blender and eat 1 tablespoon in every meal. 
(You can also mix this  with chutney 1 tablespoon yogurt)
