Lemon Green Tea For Weight Loss
Ingredients.
(1)one cup of water.
(2)one green cardamom.
(3)1/2 stick of cinnamon.
(4)Lemon green tea bag
put water, cardamom and cinnamon in pan. Boiled it well.
pour into cup put one tea bag in it and drink one cup of tea
after lunch and one cup after dinner daily.
Lemon green tea has lots of benefits. It boost up your metabolism
