Healthy Diet Plan!
#Day one Diet set up.
Prayer: stand up prayer time and offer prayer.
Walk :After prayer choose a walk for half-hour
in fresh air throughout walk say tusbee any name of
Allah or darood sharif.
Energy Drink:When you came back home you drink one glass of energy drink.
( one glass of luke heat water+juice of 1 lemon combine it and drink it daily before breakfast.)

Breakfast:8 o'clock take one coddled egg(boiled egg0 in breakfast and attend your workplace, collage search,or anyplace.
Lunch:Take one bowl of salad.
( one apple+ one cucumber+one carrot+ one tomato+1shimla mirch,1/2 bunch of cabbage,juice of 1 orange, juice of 1 lemon (or in keeping with you taste)salt black pepper
and chili sauce conjointly in keeping with you style combine it)This is therefore pleasant-tasting.
Vegetable Salad |
Dinner:Take one flat bread(chapati) with any salan and one cup of lemon green tea.
