       Best  Home Remedy For Weight Loss



                           Ingredients:
                              
                
  (1) Two glass of distilled water.
                 

 (2) One tea spoon cumin seeds.
                    


(3)Two green cardamom.          

    



 (3) Two sticks of mint leafs.
                             

     Now put all ingredients in  pan and boil until  
     remain one glass and pour into a glass and
     put it over night in the fridge.

    (1) organic raw honey.
      
    (2) one lemon juice                          








 Next morning filter it and add one tea  spoon honey and lemon juice  and drink it before breakfast.          

This is extremely successful formula since i and numerous my companions use it and it has not brought on any negative impact on stomach.
