Metabolic cooking weight loss recipe.

 South Western Eggs

       Ingredients

  1. 1 whole hard-boiled egg
  2. 3 hard boiled eggs, whites only
  3. 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  4. pinch of chilli powder
  5. pinch of garlic powder
  6. pinch of onion powder
  7. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar


     Directions!
    (Recipe Makes 1 Serving)

  (1) Peel the eggs and slice the eggs in half.

   (2) Carefully remove 3 yolks (leaving 1yolk)

      into mixing bowl.

  (3) Mash the eggs with a fork.Stir in yogurt,

 chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder,

 

apple cider vinegar and mix until creamy.
